The money troubles continue for Teresa Giudice’s brother Joe Gorga. Before The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband was accused of shoplifting and hit with a $17,000 lawsuit, he had trouble keeping up with his landscaping company’s annual payments, Breaking Celebrity News can exclusively reveal.

In a status report obtained from New Jersey Business Gateway, the license for Gorga’s company Second Look Landscaping was suspended on May 16, 2013 because he failed to file and pay annual reports for two consecutive years.

“The status is voided,” a spokesperson for State of New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services told Breaking Celebrity News. “The business is not in good standing because of failure to pay annual reports.”

The spokesperson explained how the fee is only $50 per year.

The business was launched in October 11, 1994.

The news comes after Gorga, 38, was accused of shoplifting at a New Jersey Home Depot. All About The Tea reported the store did not involve police and instead banned him from shopping at the location.

Gorga denied the allegation to Breaking Celebrity News, saying, “Yeah I got locked up, I’m going to do 30 years. I mean come on. It’s ridiculous! I’m in Home Depot ten times a day. I develop buildings. The managers, owners, everybody knows me. It’s bulls**t.”

Gorga was then slapped with a lawsuit on May 8.

Superior court records revealed Starlite Windows sued the Real Housewives of New Jersey dad for failing to pay a $17,058.69 bill on April 28.
