Halle Berry’s Alleged Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

The man who has allegedly been stalking Halle Berry pled not guilty to one felony count of stalking in court Wednesday, Breaking Celebrity News can report.
Richard Franco, a 27-year-old from Commerce, CA, was arrested around 11pm Monday in the yard of the Oscar winning actress’ home after he jumped over a back wall onto her property.
A judge granted a restraining order against the Franco, obtained by Breaking Celebrity News, which states that he must stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, her daughter Nahla, her vehicle and her workplace.
Berry said she has no idea who the man is and has “no desire to have any contact with him,” in her request for the restraining order. She went on to describe the violation of having this man repeatedly try and enter her property. “This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do
