Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise have been staying in her posh apartment in New York City since she filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, and Breaking Celebrity News has exclusive details about what their lives are like in their new building.

“Katie and Suri have been very friendly to everyone they see in the building,” a building resident exclusively told Breaking Celebrity News. “But they mostly keep to themselves.”

The neighbor said the A-list mommy and daughter duo spent some time in the kids play room in the Chelsea apartment building.

“Suri was there playing. Katie was with her and they were very sweet to the other people in the room. There were a few other kids there and Suri quietly played with them. She seemed like a nice little girl and the other kids looked like they were having fun with her.”

As Breaking Celebrity News exclusively reported, Tom Cruise’s ex-girlfriend Penelope Cruz also used to live in the same building.
