Suri Cruise has been spending time separately with her mother Katie Holmes and her father Tom Cruise, and Breaking Celebrity News has exclusively learned that despite being shuttled between both parents she is happy and well adjusted since their shocking split.

“Both Katie and Tom have really gone out of their way to make sure the transition between both households is as easy and normal as possible for Suri,” a source close to family told Breaking Celebrity News.

Katie has full primary custody of 6-year-old Suri, and the two have been living in New York City spending their days visiting museums and the zoo enjoying the summer before Suri starts school.

The youngest Cruise is also seeing her superstar dad frequently, hanging with him in New York, the Hamptons and on a luxurious vacation to Disney World.

“Tom and Katie aren’t fighting with each other because they haven’t seen each other and so Suri has been protected from any uncomfortable situations,” the source said. "And both have agreed to not say anything derogatory about the other."
