Giuliana Rancic may have returned to work for the 2012 Emmy Awards on Sunday night, but that doesn’t mean her new baby wasn’t with her in spirit.

The E! network host, who welcomed her first son, Edward Duke, with husband Bill Rancic less than a month ago via a surrogate, was back on the red carpet for the big awards show and flaunting her fab figure in a sexy dress and Breaking Celebrity News has the photos.

The 37-year-old, who donned a black strapless Romona Keveza gown that featured a sexy slit and an architectural neckline with Sutra jewels and Jimmy Choo heels, shared several photos of her adorable new baby while on the air.

“I always vowed I would never be one of those moms who brought pictures, but I'm one of those moms!” gushed Rancic to Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos.

“It's hard to believe he's almost a month old.”
